I have a really nice spacious basement suite to share with someone. There is one bedroom available that is 11'7" wide x 11'2" length.

The bathroom, kitchen & living room is a shared space.
The basement suite is a fair size, loads of light, lots of windows, fireplace, hardwood floors. Washer/Dryer, heat and lights included, wireless, & cable.

The basement suite is on 5 secure acres. Loads of garden room. Horses, cats and dogs on the grounds. Place is available now. We are a shared rent in this house and pay rent here on the 1st and the 15th, so you will owe 250.00 when you move in. There is a damage deposit, but that can be dealt at a different time, no hurry on that one.

There is a draw back though, you need a car for transportation, there is no buses out here. However, you are very close HWY 99 and 8th ave. border crossing. This area is considered in the Peace Arch area. The whole house is rented by Christians.
