Grades 1 - 4
Children take part in the worship service and then are dismissed to Room 201 for class. They receive grounding in God’s Word and take part in small group activities that help them connect it to their lives. We are going through the Bible as we study Redemption throughout the Big God Story.
This month's lesson is "D.I.Y.: Forgiveness is up to You", and you can read this months Parent Cue here.
Grades 5 - 7
Journey 57 students will take part in worship with the main service and are later dismissed upstairs to room 206/207. At Journey 57, students will be invited to explore scripture and live out their faith more fully. After a short session, students will move into small group time. There, they will meet with their small group leader and discuss that day's topic. Once a month, Journey 57 students are welcomed to join in on an event where they are encouraged to invite their friends into a time of faith, fun and family.
One of our values at PPAC is the "Whole Family - We want to be a church where all generations bless one another and worship God together." On the first Sunday of each month, the preteens stay in the main service with their parents to learn and worship together as part of our faith family.
We are committed to walking alongside families as they navigate discipling their children at home. We will provide parenting resources that are current and align with what the children are learning on Sunday mornings in kidshine. Our goal is to help your family continue to grow in faith and in your relationship with Jesus throughout your everyday lives.
