Boomers Connect

The Mission Statement of “Boomers Connect” is a ministry of Peace Portal existing to connect people in this demographic and engage in life and ministry together, serving one another and our communities as we live out the mission/vision/values of our church. The Boomer years have immense spiritual purpose; they are especially designed by God and our spiritual development never stops. Yes, we are in transition and this ministry seeks to meet the mission statement through the provision of fellowship, teaching applicable to our season of life, service opportunities and mentoring options - to see our lives make an impact for God. 

Receptions in Room 201 take place on the first Sunday of the month at 11:15am.

The Gathering

Fellowship, care and teaching are enjoyed by this group of seniors, throughout the year in a variety of ways. A Sunday Class is held at 11:15 am in Room L02 on the lower level on the 2nd & 4th Sunday of the month. Enjoy fellowship, join together in prayer and hear Pastor Bruce teach interactively on themes which are specifically relevant to this demographic. Also featured are speakers from various ministries and missions.
