This is a continuation from God of Creation studied in the first semester. Come walk alongside the fathers of our faith—Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph—to discern Jesus in the stories of His people. Discover how God orchestrates everything for His glory and the good of His people, and see how the God of creation and covenant is the same yesterday, today, and forever. (book costs $20)

This group of women love to sew, knit, and crochet items that will serve our local or global community. Please join us on Wednesday mornings at 9:00 am in the Fireside Room. Single Moms Connect provides a variety of experiences where moms living on their own can meet, form friendships, experience opportunities for growth and receive practical support.
Where & When: Single Moms Connect meets in the Fireside Room (with the exception of the first meeting, Jan 15: It will take place in Rm 206, behind the library) on Tuesday evenings twice a month.
Upcoming meeting dates are Jan 15, Feb 5 & 19, March 5 & 9, and April 2 (with more dates TBA). Group meeting times are from 7- 8:30 pm with childcare provided. Each evening is planned to inform as well as provide encouragement in a relaxed, informal environment.
Single Moms Connect also hosts special events such as group picnics, weekend walks, an adult Christmas celebration dinner and Bayside summer camp. Bayside Single Parent Camp is a weekend held at Hope Bay Bible Camp on Pender Island where we enjoy fabulous food, fun, laughter, personal growth opportunities, water and boating activities and time to explore island life.
